In 2016, Katie founded Synapse Pediatric Therapy with the intention of creating the kind of practice that she would choose for her own child. She and her team prioritize strong, caring relationships with the children and families they work with, which serves as the foundation for unlocking all kinds of amazing new skills and growth.

Katie lives in Evanston with her husband and two spunky, hilarious sons. She can be found spending time with her kids, refereeing sibling conflict and fielding endless requests for snacks. At this stage of life, her most regular hobbies are drinking coffee and taking power naps.
