Intake Coordinator & Billing Specialist

Danielle is a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist by trade, and always had a desire to focus on the administrative side of therapy. She’s often the first person you will connect with when reaching out to Synapse as she handles most of the initial phone consultations with parents.

During that first phone call, Danielle focuses on addressing parents’ concerns, setting expectations, answering financial questions—and most importantly, making sure parents feel heard, understood, and supported.

Danielle is a parent herself and loves spending quality time with her three children! In her free time, you can find her creating new and exciting memories with her family and friends, catching up on tv shows and movies, and taking walks.
